Cancellations & Refunds
To cancel a reservation, click here. If your credit card has been charged, your credit card account will automatically be refunded. This will take a few business days. Refundable cancellations must be made 2 hours before the scheduled pickup or by 5 PM the day before for morning pickups prior to 8 AM.If you have questions for our accounting department, you can reach us at 410-381-2772.
