How to Find the Shuttle Van

Van Pickup Procedures

What We Look Like

Our vans are white with green lettering that says “GO The Airport Shuttle” on its side. An excellent marker on the side of van is our phone number 1-800-776-0323.

Where to find us?

We track the time progress of your plane, thus we are looking for you based on actual gate time. Once off the plane, go to your baggage claim area. From baggage claim, proceed to:

  • At Baltimore-Washington International (BWI Airport) 
    There are two pick-up locations. For Southwest Airlines go to Door 6, go to Outer Island curb and look for the white van with a green GO. For all other Airlines go to Door 11, go to Outer Island curb and look for the white van with a green GO.410-381-2772.
  • At Ronald Reagan National (DCA Airport) 
    At Ronald Reagan National (DCA Airport) Depending on your airline there are 2 van locations. For arrivals at Terminal A (older circular building), in the lane nearest the building, near door 4, look for the white van with a green GO. For arrivals at Terminal B & C (newer long straight building), After getting your luggage go upstairs. Between doors 3 & 4. Look for the white van with a green GO. Contact 1-800-776-0323.
  • At Dulles International (IAD Airport) 
    The Airport Shuttle is now providing pickups on the second lane at Dulles! Once you have your luggage, go downstairs to the ground level. On the second curb, away from the building go to sections 2B. Look for the white van with a green GO. Contact 800-776-0323.
  • Where to find us at Train Station 
    All three (3) Train Stations are small (Baltimore Penn Station, BWI Amtrak and Washington DC Union Station). Walk out of front door. (You can calls us too 1-800-776-0323.)
  • Where to find us at Cruise Maryland Terminal
    Have your cell phone turned on and charged up! Processing off the ship takes approximately 2.5 hrs. If you find that your processing is going faster or slower than 2.5 hrs, immediately call us at 410-381-2772 or 1-800-776-0323 and we will adjust your pick time. We are parked in the bus lot (next to ship).
  • Where to find us at Arundel Mills 
    This depends on the restaurant, hotel, store or venue you are going to. We drop/pick up at the front door.
