And, we serve the 3 area airports: DCA Reagan National, IAD Washington Dulles and BWI Baltimore Washington plus 3 area train stations, BWI Amtrak, Penn Station Baltimore and Union Station Washington DC

Who we serve

Groups where attendees (& exhibitors) are reserving airport ground transportation on their own. With this service we offer two (2) ways to reserve:

1. free discount custom web link including exclusive banner wording, exclusive hotel listing and conference logo placement on the banner. And the discount is built directly in to the link! IE there are no coupons required to download or codes to memorize
2. free exclusive phone code

Either option works for us! Some clients select one over the other. Others use both.

Groups whose planner/manager coordinates all transfers through our sales staff. Types of group scenarios usually fall under one (1) of two (2) categories. Groups whose travelers are all on the same flight and groups whose travelers are on various flights. Oh, and we are happy to work from your flight itinerary spreadsheet(s) too!
